We have competed at the GWPCA National Events every year since 2000. Jodi has attended every GWPCA National and showed our dogs Tom has not attended as many nationals--after our first few years of competing, Tom decided that he wanted to spend more time hunting wild birds than competing at field trials, but for the past few years, Tom has attended GWPCA Nationals and our dogs have done very well.

Dunnit Wins 2024 National Field Championship!



Dunnit is now a 2x National Field Champion! 2xNFC/DC/AFC/GCh Ghostwind Idawire Now I've Dunnit was handled by Tom and scouted by Tom Lococo. Thank-you to the judges for this win!

Dunnit wins the 2024 All-Star



The GWPCA All-Star is an event open to GWPs who have earned the highest titles in the field (DC, FC, AFC, MH or NAVHDA UT or VC) as well as having a show championship! We are so proud of her win in the prestigious event!

2023 GWPCA Nationals



Idawire dogs did very well at the 2023 Nationals at Branched Oak Field Trial Grounds in Lincoln Nebraska.

"Muppet" Ghostwind Idawire Muppet Movie (owned by Tom and Jodi) won the Puppy Classic

"Riggs" NAFC Ghostwind Idawire Full Back (owned by Tom Lococco) won the National Amateur Field Championship and was runner-up in the National Field Championship

"Fritz" Idawire Tumalo Fritz (owned by John Wiliams) was third in the National Field Championship

2022 GWPCA Nationals





Idawire had a fantastic 2022 GWPCA Nationals!



Dunnit (NFC/DC/AFC Ghostwind Idawire Now I've Dunnit) Wins the 2022 GWPCA National Field Championship, becoming a new National Field Champion! She followed up her win in the field championship by winning an Award of Merit and Best of Breed Owner-Handled the day after the National Specialty at the GWPCA Regional Specialty!


Jingle (Ch Craftsman Idawire Jingle All the Way) was runner-up in the 2022 GWPCA Derby Classic and the 2022 GWPCA Field Futurity, and Snoop (Ch Ghostwind Idawire Snoop Dog) was 4th in the field futurity. AND, Moz (Craftsman Idawire Kenata the Benefolent) was runner-up in the 2022 GWPCA Puppy Classic --her first time running in a field trial!



2020/2021



The 2020 GWPCA National events were combined with 2021, due to the Covid Pandemic.

Idawire dogs had another good year at the 2019 Nationals held in Boise (National Specialty) and Payette (Field Championship):

Elam--Ch Ghostwind Idawire Extra Point, was 1st in the GWPCA Derby Classic and runner-up in the field futurity.

Fritz--Idawire Tumalo Fritz (owned by John Williams) won the Field Futurity

Dillon--Idawire Friday Night Lights was 4th in the field futurity.
